Story at-a-glance

In his book, “The Indoctrinated Brain: How to Successfully Fend Off the Global Attack on Your Mental Freedom,” Dr. Michael Nehls explains how chronic stress and fearmongering have led to inhibited hippocampal neurogenesis and decreased mental resilience, which facilitates indoctrination

Your neurology is being assailed in a variety of ways that can impair your cognition. The good news is, once you understand how this is done, you can take proactive steps to protect your neurological health and in so doing “inoculate” yourself against indoctrination at the same time

Two thinking systems exist: nonthinking (System 1) and critical thinking (System 2). Stress and poor mitochondrial health impair activation of System 2

Lifestyle factors like having a purpose, making sure you’re getting all essential micronutrients, especially vitamin D and iodine, social connections, exercise and sleep support hippocampal neurogenesis, which is essential for lifelong neurological health

Essential dietary factors for mitochondrial health and energy production include limiting linoleic acid intake, eating the right carbs in optimal amounts and limiting fats, and keeping your serotonin and estrogen levels low. Certain dietary supplements are also helpful

logically speaking, Trump must be sent to prison to prove that former Presidents can be sent to the pen, sets a precedent for former Presidents as well as former secretaries of state, and also current office holders

you know, it good that he is tweeting this, but as a sitting member of congress you mean to tell me he/they have no control over this hush money slush fund?

soon to be former Presidents can be sent to prison

also, what they did to the j6 people also sets a precedent

so when Trump wins the election in november and raving radical left comes to protest, they can be then be held without trial and given severe prison sentences, just like what happened to many j6 political prisoners

it an ugly game, would be best not to play

Federal prosecutors have arrested Robert P. Burke, the former Navy vice chief of operations, on serious bribery charges. Burke, 62, from Coconut Creek, Florida, is accused of steering government contracts in exchange for a lucrative job offer post-retirement.

During his tenure overseeing American naval forces across Europe, Russia, and much of Africa, Burke allegedly directed a contract to an unnamed company in return for a $500,000 yearly salary and 100,000 stock options. Co-chief executives of the company, Yongchul “Charlie” Kim, 50, and Meghan Messenger, 47, both from New York, also face charges for their involvement in the scheme.

From August 2018 to July 2019, the company conducted a workforce training pilot program for a small segment of the Navy. Despite the Navy terminating this contract in late 2019 and instructing the company to cease contact with Burke, the executives met with him again in July 2021. They proposed that he use his influence to secure a larger contract, estimated to be worth “triple digit millions,” in exchange for a post-retirement job.

In October 2022, shortly after retiring, Burke joined the company, which federal prosecutors claim was part of the bribery agreement. Burke faces multiple charges, including conspiracy to commit bribery, bribery, acts affecting personal financial interests, and concealment of material facts. If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison.

Biden was questioned outside the White House on Friday as to whether he was worried about being criminally prosecuted as Trump has after he leaves the White House, replying that he isn’t worried about the idea "at all."

"Are you worried that this could happen to you someday — somebody comes up with some charges and tries to bring you in to court after your term," Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked.

"Not at all. I didn't do anything wrong," Biden replied.

Doocy continued to press Biden, asking for him to comment on Trump's comments that Biden "is pulling the strings behind the scenes, doing all this to help [him]self."

"I didn’t know I was that powerful," Biden replied.

Biden said of the conviction against Trump that it was "reckless, it's dangerous, it's irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don't like the verdict." He made the remarks during a Friday afternoon speech in response to the guilty verdict in DA Alvin Bragg’s falsified business records case against Trump.

Biden said "Our justice system has endured for nearly 250 years. And it literally is the cornerstone of America. Our justice system, the justice system should be respected. And we should never allow anyone to tear it down. It's as simple as that. That's America. That's who we are. And that's who we'll always be God willing."

Biden was asked at the end of his speech as he started to walk away from the podium, "Donald Trump refers to himself as a political prisoner and blames you directly, what’s your response to that sir?"

He stopped, turned around, and grinned, providing no other response to the question.
