Sorry to disappoint, that phase of the OP is over.
I was sick all the time as a kid.
Got ear tubes at 5 years old.
It was scary AF, Mostly because I wasn't old enough to understand what was going on.
I still remember it vividly to this day.
But in the end I wasn't sick for at least 10 years after, so it did something.

It did give me a fear of full narcosis though, I've been awake for all surgeries I've had because of it - at the protest of the doctors.
