I think ADHD is code for dumb as fuck. Amphetamines like Adderall and Ritalin genuinely increase brain power and concentration though, which is the key ingredient of an Intelligent person among memory and some other stuff. If you can't focus on a thought or idea for more than 5 seconds you can't really go anywhere.
Better than being stupid I guess. It wears out the heart overtime and dehydrates the body so you lose a lot off your lifespan. I can just tell when some is stupid, they can't focus on what I'm trying to explain to them or break concentration too easily.
