Prob woulda happened faster if they were moar grateful of being free. They would constantly complain about how good it was to be a slave back in Egypt.
Literally they wouldn't leave and just stayed as slaves. Moses ended up being raised secretly by Pharoah's daughter. Only reason God saved their ass is because of the promise He made with Joseph - also the Egyptians were max-tier degenerates anyways so nothing of value lost there.
