FDIC Warns 63 ā€˜Problem Banksā€™ about to Fail Due to $517 Billion in Unrealized Losses!

According to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporationā€™s first quarter report, the US banking system is sitting on a collective $517 billion in unrealized losses and has 63 ā€œproblem banks.ā€ The losses have been sparked primarily by a surge in interest rates over the past two years, which have driven down the price of fixed-income securities held by banks. Financial analyst John WIlliams warns of a bank ā€œbail-inā€ that involves banks seizing customer deposits.

Fatigue from an Iron Deficiency? How to Tell, and What to Do

Health advocate Andrew Tunstall says that fatigue can indicate many different problems that can arise from being hungry or tired, overweight, stress, lack of sleep, an infection or nutritional deficiencies. One of the most common conditions causing fatigue is anemia ā€“ a low red blood cell count, usually as a result of an iron deficiency.

Note: NeedToKnow.news is a media outlet reporting news. If you need medical help, please seekadvice from your own doctor or health expert.

ron is essential for the manufacture of haemoglobin ā€“ the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen around the body. Low haemoglobin levels reduce the oxygen available for energy production, causing fatigue. So how do we know when our fatigue is a result of low iron levels, rather than one of the other many possible causes? The answer lies in recognising the other symptoms of iron deficiency.

The common symptoms of iron deficiency which are easy to detect at home include:

1) Fatigue (more than normal)

2) Pale skin (note you might have naturally pale skin)

3) Very pale pink or whitish-grey gums

4) Dry, itchy skin

5) Headaches and concentration loss (low oxygen supply to the brain)

6) Restless Leg Syndrome

7) Parallel, longitudinal ridges in thumbnails with a ā€œdishedā€ centre

8) Brittle fingernails (they break and crack easily) While no one of these symptoms alone is enough to diagnose an iron deficiency (except perhaps Point 7) the more of these you have, the more likely you are iron deficient. Itā€™s important to ask your doctor for a blood test if you want to be sure.

Low iron can be caused by:

1) Heavy bleeding (menstrual cycles or surgery)

2) Pregnancy (sharing available iron with your baby)

3) Low iron intake (a diet low in iron, or high in refined carbohydrates)

4) Bad iron absorption (caused by low Vitamin C)

5) A vitamin B12 (folic acid) deficiency (renders blood cells less functional)

Foods high in iron include Liver, Sardines, Red Meat, Eggs and Tuna. While there is iron in some plant foods (particularly spinach and raisins) the iron found in plants is a different form from the iron in animal products, and much more difficult to use. (Vegetarians and vegans are more prone to iron deficiency than people who eat animal products as they eat less iron and can also be low in Vit B12).

If you canā€™t access enough of the right iron-rich foods, consider taking an iron supplement, but consult your medical professional first to have the correct amount prescribed after a blood test. Too much supplemental iron from a bottle can have negative health consequences too! Take an over-the-counter Vitamin C supplement to ensure optimised iron absorption.

NIH Scientists Tried to Hide $710 Million in Royalty Payments from Drug Makers During ā€˜Pandemicā€™

OpenTheBooks was forced to sue the government to obtain data that revealed that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and its scientists collected $710 million in royalties during the pandemic, from late 2021 through 2023. These are payments made by private companies, like pharmaceuticals, to license medical innovations from government scientists. Almost all that cash ā€” $690 million ā€” went to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID), the subagency led by Dr. Anthony Fauci, and 260 of its scientists. Fauci relentlessly pushed harmful COVID vaccines.

Bombshell emails were also discovered that were sent by one of Fauciā€™s deputies, Dr. David Morens, that described in-house strategies to circumvent the federal Freedom of Information Act. The strategies included misspelling words to evade scrutiny and using a physical courier to exchange messages to avoid an electronic record.

What Did Biden Do Behind-the Scenes While Trump Was Convicted Last Week?

Last week, Biden, knowing America would be focused on the Trump verdict, authorized Ukraine to attack Russia using weapons inside of Russia, launched a strike on Yemenā€™s capital, and then he vetoed a cryptocurrency bill that would have repealed accounting rule SAB 121. Staff Accounting Bulletin (SAB) 121 mandates that institutions holding crypto assets must record these holdings as liabilities on their balance sheets. The veto inhibited Americansā€™ personal freedoms to invest and transact using cryptocurrency. An estimated 50 million Americans hold cryptocurrency.

In addition, Senator Cynthia Lummis, a key supporter of the failed resolution to repeal of SAB 121, said that the rule that has been left standing jeopardizes consumersā€™ assets during bankruptcy by placing them on institutional balance sheets.

Russia and China have solidified their partnership to end the US dollar as the worldā€™s Reserve currency. Putin signed a decree to allow retaliatory seizure of US assets in Russia, to seize hundreds of billions of US dollars inside Russia, real estate and businesses owned by Americans. Russia is also officially done with the dollar and the underlying Swift system that settles transactions. Russia is launching a decentralized system with China.
