The infamous ‘Scarf Lady,’ Dr. Deborah Birx, is back in the limelight with another outrageous proposal.

After leaving the White House for her disastrous COVID-19 policies, Dr. Deborah Birx was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Armata Pharmaceuticals on July 10, 2023. Before taking on her role at Armata, Dr. Birx served on the Board of Directors at Innoviva, another pharmaceutical company, from March 2021 to July 2023.

In a recent interview with CNN, Birx suggested a new target for her fear-mongering tactics: the U.S. dairy industry.

Her proposal? Weekly testing of millions of cows and dairy workers for asymptomatic bird flu. She is once again lobbying for Big Pharma.

“Say that we’re not testing to really see how many people have been exposed and got asymptomatically infected. We should be testing every cow weekly. You can do pooled PCR,” Birx said.

“We have the technology. The great thing about America is we’re incredibly innovative, and we have the ability to have these breakthroughs. We could be pool testing every dairy worker. I do believe that there’s undetected cases in humans because we’re once again only tracking people with symptoms,” she added.

The referrals allege that both James and Hunter Biden made false statements and committed perjury in relation to their business dealings, which were under investigation by these committees.The letters sent on Wednesday stem from the committees’ investigation into the Biden family’s international business transactions, which reportedly generated over $35 million. During the investigation, both Hunter and James Biden provided testimony that the committees have now deemed false. Hunter Biden is specifically accused of making false statements about his involvement with Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC, a corporate entity linked to substantial foreign payments. He falsely claimed that he had no control or understanding of the bank accounts associated with Rosemont Seneca Bohai despite evidence to the contrary. Documents obtained after his deposition showed that he represented himself as the corporate secretary and used the accounts to receive significant payments from foreign entities.

Furthermore, Hunter Biden is accused of providing a fabricated account regarding threatening messages he sent to a Chinese business partner, which invoked his father’s presence. He falsely testified that these threats were sent to an unrelated individual, but evidence from the Committee on Ways and Means demonstrated that the threats were directed at the intended recipient and led to substantial payments to Hunter Biden. These funds were then traced to accounts linked to Joe Biden.James Biden also allegedly made false statements during his testimony. He denied attending a meeting with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and Tony Bobulinski, a business associate, in 2017. This statement was contradicted by both Bobulinski and Hunter Biden, as well as corroborating text messages that documented the meeting.The criminal referrals urge the Department of Justice to prosecute Hunter Biden under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 for making false statements and under 18 U.S.C. § 1621 for perjury. James Biden is also recommended for prosecution under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 for false statements. WASHINGTON (AP) — Ukraine has used U.S weapons to strike inside Russia in recent days, according to a U.S. senator and a Western official familiar with the matter.

The weapons were used under recently approved guidance from President Joe Biden allowing American arms to be used to strike inside Russia for the limited purpose of defending Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city.

The official was not authorized to comment publicly on the sensitive matter and spoke on condition of anonymity. Republican Sen. Mike Rounds of South Dakota, a member on the Senate Armed Services Committee, confirmed the strikes with U.S. weapons, but did not say how he was briefed.

Biden’s directive allows for U.S.-supplied weapons to be used to strike Russian forces that are attacking or preparing to attack. It does not change U.S. policy that directs Ukraine not to use American-provided ATACMS or long-range missiles and other munitions to strike offensively inside Russia, U.S. officials have said.

Ukrainian officials had stepped up calls on the U.S. to allow Kyiv’s forces to defend themselves against attacks originating from Russian territory. Kharkiv sits just 20 kilometers (12 miles) from the Russian border and has come under intensified Russian attack.

In advancing in the northeast Kharkiv region, Russian forces have exploited a lengthy delay in the replenishment of U.S. military aid. In addition, Western Europe’s inadequate military production has slowed crucial deliveries to the battlefield for Ukraine.

UK Blames Russian Hackers for Attacks on London Hospitals

A Russian cyber gang is believed to be behind a ransomware attack that disrupted London hospitals and led to operations and appointments being canceled, the former head of British cybersecurity said Wednesday.

A group known as Qilinis most likely behind the attack on Synnovis, which provides pathology lab services for several hospitals run by the National Health Service, said Ciaran Martin, former chief executive of the National Cyber Security Centre.

“It´s the more serious type of ransomware where the system just doesn´t work,” Martin told BBC Radio 4. “If you´re working in healthcare in this trust, you´re just not getting those results so it´s actually seriously disruptive.”

The incident Monday affected King´s College and Guy´s and St Thomas´ hospital trusts, which run several south London hospitals, as well as clinics and doctors´ practices across a swath of the city, the NHS said.

A memo to staff called it a “critical incident” and said it had a “major impact” on services, particularly blood transfusions. Procedures and operations were canceled or redirected elsewhere.

The incident was reported to police.

Synnovis Chief Executive Mark Dollar said Tuesday that it was still trying to understand what happened. The company offered no further comment Wednesday.

Ransomware involves criminals paralyzing computer systems with malware, then demanding money to release them. Ransomware is the costliest and most disruptive form of cybercrime, affecting local governments, court systems, hospitals and schools as well as businesses. It is difficult to combat as most gangs are based in former Soviet states and out of reach of Western justice.
