The Democratic controlled City of Elkhart Indiana has gone into FULL damage control - their first step at avoiding transparency was to remove the ability for Public Commentary on their public Facebook profile.
These actions come after numerous public information nightmares. Wrongful Convictions, spanning DECADES, within the Police Departments and Prosecuting Attorneys Office (Making Elkhart the Wrongful Conviction Capital of America per capita), see Andrew Royer v. City of Elkhart. Juvenile & Family Court Corruption and Judicial wrongdoings, involving the Guardian Ad Litem and many affiliated organizations, such as Child and Parent Services. Hundreds of thousands of dollars ($300,000) of mismanaged monies to the Taxpayer Funded Lerner Theatre. Numerous, complaints by Residents have gone unanswered or covered up, in all avenues of redress, pertaining to the general responsibilities of leadership.
The door has been slammed in the face of the residents and the DAMAGE CONTROL has went into OVERDRIVE.
