The real question is why did I begin watching the original Planet of the Apes films just as this movie was released when I had absolutely no idea there was a new one coming out? This is some sort of conditioning I'm not aware of.

The god damn apes in the movie have better proportions than this actress. There has to be some kind of digital alteration on female actresses making their eyes spaced. I'm assuming it is so audiences don't identify with them as passionately.

Ok, but actresses are being specifically cast into roles because of their eye spacing. It's laughably uncanny at this point how prominent they are. Often times they're placed into franchise films or shows. Little Mermaid, Fallout, several others, and now this Apes franchise.

She had a tiny bit cameo in the first Avengers movie as a chick with boobs in a crowd during the battle with aliens, and she spoke to a news person afterward. Had no idea she had any other parts.
