Can confirm. Wife anon is a patient care coordinator for pediatric heart clinic at a major regional hospital. Wait times are huge. Like several months. Parents don't help the situation either because they fail to follow simple instructions designed to speed up the process then they call back demanding immediate service when they miss required testing appointments. The docs can't help without the tests completed.
