i also have a really weird lump thing by my left elbow that showed up out of nowhere a few years ago! doctor says it's a lipoma and nothing to worry about but it's always bothered me..

those are incredibly formative years - to have no clue "what happened" makes it so difficult to do internal/reflective deprogramming work

i've always had the feeling that trump is just here to uncover all the filth, get rid of the bad guys etc paving the way for the next president to help rebuild the country

things get deliberately kept out of notables bc they would make an actual difference in the real world (jfk jr being alive would be HUGE to everyone, not just political people)

remember their greatest fear is an awakened public

as for the anxiety and panic attacks i agree with the other anon - DIET IS HUGE

 

have you looked into the gut-brain connection?

cleaning up my diet - no meat, dairy, processed foods, or gluten completely cured my lifelong depression and anxiety

 

book recommendations: a mind of your own by kelly brogan (changed my life)

the mucusless healing diet - arnold ehret

80/10/10 diet forget the author (the latter 2 are huge lifestyle changes though but definitely look into a mind of your own!)

 

if i may ask..how you find a healer that works with aliens?? was it similar to QHHT?
