IMO some of the most intelligent people I've ever seen congregate towards image boards as its the only real place where you can get semi anonymous speech, and your identity and popularity mean nothing, only the weight of your ideas mean anything.

basically yes. the Gifted and Talented programs have a long and well documented history with the military and other sus programs. Just basic common sense would tell you intel would be highly interested in high IQ children for assets or other purposes, its not even debatable.
