He got fucking stonewalled. He was trying to get notes from an attorney-client privileged conversation unsealed after the (((suicide))) but the supreme court at the time shut it down. It was his only case before the court so he's probably got an axe to grind and Trump is giving him the opportunity to get in there and settle the score.
