Pffft dont be silly. The guy worked for Kenneth Starr during Clinton impeachment hearings. Wrote a "controversial" opinion that Clinton HAD INDEED obstruct justice by using surrogates to pump out fake news stories. This is a good pick and most importantly has a much better chance at getting confirmed now before midterms.
