Anons- I'm digging on Brett. Maybe not so much as digging but looking at what various anons have posted, looking through them, and looking for things on Brett.

 

First off, he is highly recommended by Jay Sekulou of American Center for Law and Justice.

That, in and of itself, is a extremely valuable reference that should give you pause. Jay doesn't recommend people lightly and I asked myself, why is he recommending him so highly?

 

That answer came in this Breit Bart article. It turns out that Brett has written MULTIPLE dissenting opinions that are clearly in favor of Constitutional law and justice, and would be a powerful Conservative force on the Court.

One particular line from an opinion that he wrote stood out to me.

 

… country-of-origin labeling is justified by the Government’s historically rooted interest in supporting American manufacturers, farmers, and ranchers as they compete with foreign manufacturers, farmers, and ranchers. Since the early days of the Republic, numerous U.S. laws have sought to further that interest, sometimes overtly and sometimes subtly.

 

SINCE THE EARLY DAYS OF THE REPUBLIC

 

Which tells me that he will fight for America, in the way that Judges fought for America for it's first 170 years, for America First and for the Constitution First.

 

However, it appears that he should be fairly easy for the Democrats to confirm as well, which is very important at this point in time.

 

As someone else said in another place, Trump still needs the Deep State for a bit longer and this fellow is a fairly easy pill for them to swallow, and not too controversial.

I zone out on Qresearch and she zones out on Malcom In the Middle.

 

I often comment on Malcom on why she's watching that SHIT and she never has a good reply nor will she shut off the TV.
