Anyone got a good source or /dir for finding sentencing laws/rules related to drugs based on State by State?

I'm hunting fQr stoopid laws that are meant to oppress not protect/defend.

I'm matching research studies against wroking theraputic drugs, that are illegal to possess, purchase, sell and or use.

All the way from the Racetam family of nootropics to some of the heaviest psychedelics like Ibogane.

The goal is to have a working list of drugs, matched with positive studies. (only positive matter for this case study, could document neg studies but had no need to.

This info could be useful to proving to the public at a later date why we don't need FDA, DEA, EPA and all these FED agencies, because we have studies that directly contradict their statements.
