In Florida, in 2000, The SCOTUS ordered to stop the vote counting.
Isn't that election interference? In their argument for doing this, Scalia said to paraphrase ~ If we don't stop the vote counting Gore will win and that will deny Bush's right to be POTUS - He actually wrote that. In other words, It would be election interference to count all the votes. (Remember, according to the decision itself, this decision is never to be used as precedence, nor ever repeated - I wonder why?)
Scalia also wrote in that decision that if someone's vote was counted it would interfere with the rights of people who did not have their votes counted?! So to make everything equal (Equity Law"?) nobody's votes get counted! We throw away votes because not everyone voted and some votes were spoiled; in order to make the privileged ones who had a vote equal to those who were accidentally denied.
