In an actual justice system, the bitch would be labelled as being incompetent to raise children and the man would get custody. Of course that (almost) never happens. Instead the man will have to pay, and that's it, no matter what happened.
In the worst betrayal of trust - raising another man's children and the man finding out 15 years later, should have massive consequences, like the bitch having to pay back every single cent to the male. But of course that also never happens.
