No need to post "filler" notes before 300 if you pick up at 250, what good does that do?
the idea of asking bakers to post by mid-bread is so the one who bakes the bread does not wait til 500 or more to start posting.

Doubt you actually believe this.
"Beyond a reasonable doubt" std used for criminal trials is akin to 95% chance of guilt, as opposed to "preponderance of the evidence" std used for civil trials, which is more like greater than 50%.
