Hageman [Rules Committee Hearing]: [Biden] has already waived any potential assertion of executive privilege over the information discussed in his interviews with Special Counsel Hur, by releasing the transcripts to the media. Similarly, during Watergate, a federal district court held that President Nixon had waived any claim of executive privilege over certain audio recordings of his conversations because he had already published transcripts of those conversations.

Interesting that crooked FBI Figliuzzi wrote that book; many 'serial killers' appear to be some sort of intelligence operation. Many oddities occurred in the Robert Rhoades case, one being an interesting comment made by a woman he kidnapped, Kathleen Vine.

"She would talk about this reality, this terrible assault that she endured, and then periodically she would revert back to a story of her traveling across the country to see the president. She told me she wanted to give the president a microchip, and she talked about the underground prison where no one escapes from."

Mr. Biden: And by the way, if they want to think it's to take out government [gun rights] if we get out of line, which they're talking again about, guess what, they need F-15s, they don't need a rifle.
