Q group who have control of the site, decided to take down the catalog to make finding it difficult, but still enabling the Anon's to keep working.

Ron (Not sure if this is CM) came in and fixed the issue.

Q group realized and took it down again. Likely gave Ron a heads up we need it like this to protect the plan. Hence Ron hasn't fixed again!

IMPORTANT to note Q told us the build was ALMOST complete, why would they take it mainstream when not complete???? Doesn't make sense other than it being a system/sec test.
