Professor of international law Dr. Francis Boyle describes for Alex Newman (@ALEXNEWMAN_JOU), senior editor of The New American (@NewAmericanMag), how the WHO is aiming to set up a "worldwide totalitarian police state" with its so-called "Pandemic Treaty." Boyle notes that while the Treaty is not in effect, the recently passed International Health Regulations (IHR) amendments are still a "step" in the direction of a totalitarian police state.

"When I first read the [WHO] Pandemic Treaty…I was stunned," Boyle tells Newman. Boyle, who drafted the US domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention (known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989), says, "I have studied every international organization in the modern era…and I've actually litigated against the United Nations itself, successfully, and in my studies…of the whole last hundred years, this was the first time ever that…globalist[s] had attempted to set up a worldwide global government police state that was completely totalitarian in its regulation of everything."

Regarding the WHO's International Health Regulations, Boyle says they will "regulate international trade and commerce, they'll require digital IDs, [and will impose] surveillance of the entire planet."

The professor goes on to note that "even the United Nations organization…[was] never set up to be a worldwide totalitarian police state, because of Cold War politics at that time…" But while the "the UN was ineffective itself [at setting] up a worldwide totalitarian police state…the globalists are now using the WHO for that purpose with this Pandemic Treaty, for sure," Boyle says.
