The letter calls for an immediate investigation and the cessation of matching donations to organisations that support illegal settlements and the IDF.
Apple, like many large corporations, offers donation matching through a platform called Benevity. Eligible organisations include Friends of the IDF, which supports Israeli soldiers, and several groups involved in West Bank settlements, such as HaYovel, One Israel Fund, the Jewish National Fund, and IsraelGives.
