CEO of major Russian metal plant charged with pedophilia

The 72-year-old director of Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant is suspected of having had sex with multiple underage girls

The hearing, which was held behind closed doors, concluded with an order that ChEMK CEO, Pavel Khodorovsky, be held in pre-trial detention for two months, which is standard practice in Russia.

The local chapter of the Russian Investigative Committee has announced that “Criminal cases have been initiated against the director and other persons for committing crimes against the sexual integrity of minors and public morals,” .

The court has also ordered the detention of a young woman whose identity has not been publicly disclosed. According to local media reports, the woman had sexual relations with Khodorovsky when she was a minor, and allegedly acted as a pimp on his behalf, after coming of age.

“The middlewoman used to be a girlfriend of Khodorovsky, but she grew too old, and he asked her to get him younger girls. The girlfriend delivered girls she knew to him, getting money in exchange,” a source close to the investigation told local 74.RU media outlet.

At least two underage girls have reportedly been identified in the case. One, who is already 16-years-old, the age of sexual consent Russia, allegedly slept with Khodorovsky for money, while another, a younger minor, became the target of “indecent actions” on his part.

The suspect is also reportedly accused of possessing and procuring illegal pornographic material, a large cache of which was allegedly discovered on his phone by investigators.

Khodorovsky has held top management posts with ChEMK since the early 1990s and has served as the plant’s director general since 2001. The pedophilia case against the CEO comes amid troubled times at the plant and the larger ChEMK conglomerate, which was seized by Russian authorities early this year over alleged privatization irregularities in the 1990s.

The group’s now-former owners, billionaire Yury Antipov and his associates, were also ordered to pay 105 billion rubles (nearly $1.2 billion) in restitution over a debt write-off scheme, deemed by the court to have been unjust enrichment.

Finland In First NATO Deployment Parks Jets On Russia's Doorstep

NATO's two newest members - Finland and Sweden - have already seen their militaries quite busy as part of recent joint exercises with the alliance. For the first time this week, another milestone has been achieved as Finland has deployed fighter jets to another NATO country, in a further reversal of the Scandinavian country's decades-long policy of neutrality.

Seven F-18 fighter jets have been deployed by Helsinki to a base in southeastern Romania. Reuters said based on military statements that the aircraft will "conduct air shielding missions with Romanian and British jets." Romania has long been dubbed in Western publications as "Russia's doorstep".

Finland is hailing this as part of efforts to speed up its military integration within NATO. "I'm sure that during this enhanced air policing air shielding mission our integration into NATO will take a big leap forward," commander of Finland’s Karelia Air Wing Johan Anttila said this week.

Finland's entry into the Western military alliance has in effect doubled the border now directly shared by Russia and NATO countries.

"This will certainly lead to tension. We can only regret this," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov had earlier commented. "We had excellent relations with Finland. No one threatened anyone, there were no problems or complaints against each other. No one infringed on anyone’s interests, there was mutual respect."

And President Putin has previously derided Finland's entry into NATO as all about joining "the Western club."

"Frankly speaking, I don’t understand why they need this. This is an absolutely meaningless step from the point of view of ensuring their own national interests," Putin said back in March.

"We didn't even have troops; we removed all the troops from there, from the Russian-Finnish border," he said. "However, it is up to them to decide. That's what they decided. But we didn't have troops there, now we will."

The "Immigration Crisis" Has Been Used To Turn The Border Into A Police State

From checkpoints, mass surveillance, warrantless searches, and worse; fear mongering over immigration has provided tyrants the pretext to establish police state control measures from the border and beyond.

Libertarian advocates of immigration controls always focus solely on the issue of immigration controls and never on the police state that comes with them. That’s because the police-state aspects of an immigration-control system make them extremely uncomfortable given the fact that a police state is the opposite of a libertarian society.

I believe that it’s important to constantly remind people that one of the prices that we pay for the abandonment of the libertarian principle of open borders is a police state — that is, a society in which the government wields and exercises immigration powers that destroy the principles of a libertarian society.

Before we examine the specific aspects of America’s immigration police state, however, it’s worth noting that a police state is an inevitable part of America’s immigration-control system. That’s because migrants, in an attempt to save or improve their lives by fleeing to a society that offers hope and opportunity, will inevitably circumvent the controls that have been established to prevent entry into the United States. Thus, as migrants figure out ways to avoid the existing controls, the government piles more controls onto the existing ones until the point is reached that a full-fledged police state is now in operation.

Highway checkpoints

When one leaves my hometown of Laredo, Texas, situated along the Rio Grande, which is the U.S.-Mexico border, and heads north on IH 35, one encounters a surreal site. About 40 miles north of Laredo, there is an immigration-control station at which every driver is required to stop, roll down his window, and answer questions from immigration officials. Anglos are quickly permitted to proceed onward after answering a simple question: “Are you an American citizen?” However, darker-skinned Mexican-Americans had better have their passports with them. Otherwise, they run the risk of being arrested, incarcerated, or even deported to Mexico. Drivers are also required to follow orders to exit their vehicles and open their car trunks for warrantless searches.

There is something important to note about that checkpoint: It is not located on the U.S.-Mexico border. It is located 40 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border. In other words, people who have never crossed into Mexico are subjected to the same type of treatment as people who cross a bridge from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and enter the United States.

These highway checkpoints also exist on U.S. highways that run east to west. Again, travelers are required to stop and subject themselves to questioning and a warrantless search even though they have never entered Mexico and are simply traveling inside the United States. Many years ago, this is how famed country singer Willie Nelson got caught and charged with illegally possessing marijuana.

UN reports accuse Israel of ‘extermination,’ crimes against humanity; Hamas of war crimes

Israel rejects findings that ‘outrageously and repugnantly attempt to draw a false equivalence between IDF soldiers and Hamas terrorists,’ accuses UN commission of systematic bias

Both Israel and Hamas committed war crimes in the early stages of the Gaza war, a UN inquiry alleged on Wednesday, saying Israel’s actions also constituted crimes against humanity because of the immense civilian losses, and that they included acts of “extermination.”

The findings were from two parallel reports by “independent experts,” one focusing on the Oct. 7 Hamas assault on Israel and another on Israel’s military response, published by the UN Commission of Inquiry (COI). The commission has an unusually broad and open-ended mandate to collect evidence and identify perpetrators of alleged international crimes committed in Israel and the Palestinian territories.

Regarding Israel’s actions, the commission alleged “a widespread or systematic attack directed against the civilian population in Gaza.”

“The commission found that the crimes against humanity of extermination; murder; gender persecution targeting Palestinian men and boys; forcible transfer; and torture and inhuman and cruel treatment were committed,” it added.

Israel bitterly rejected the allegations and accused the commission of systematic bias.

Sexual violence

The reports also alleged that both Israeli forces and Palestinian terrorists engaged in sexual and gender-based violence during the first months of the Israel-Hamas war.

The alleged sexual violence carried out by Israeli forces apparently referred to incidents where dozens of terror suspects detained in Gaza were publicly stripped. Israel said the acts were necessary to search the suspects for weapons and suicide vests, but acknowledged that the pictures should not have been published.

The commission said Palestinian men and boys were forced to strip naked in public in moves “intended to inflict severe humiliation.”

Real estate tycoon Truong My Lan was sentenced Thursday to death by a court in Ho Chi Minh City in southern Vietnam in the country’s largest financial fraud case ever, state media Vietnam Net said.

The 67-year-old chair of the real estate company Van Thinh Phat was formally charged with fraud amounting to $12.5 billion — nearly 3% of the country’s 2022 GDP.

Lan illegally controlled Saigon Joint Stock Commercial Bank between 2012 and 2022 and allowed 2,500 loans that resulted in losses of $27 billion to the bank, reported state media VnExpress. The court asked her to compensate the bank $26.9 million.

Despite mitigating circumstances — this was a first-time offense and Lan participated in charity activities — the court attributed its harsh sentence to the seriousness of the case, saying Lan was at the helm of an orchestrated and sophisticated criminal enterprise that had serious consequences with no possibility of the money being recovered, VnExpress said.

Australia begins lockdowns on farms over bird flu.

FDA is a front organisation: There are no technicians in the buildings, no equipment and no sample testing occurs

Modern-day NIH and FDA officials present historical accounts of how the biological product and vaccine manufacturing regulatory systems began and developed.

But from her research so far, the reader has concluded that their origin-story claims are not supported by the text of the statutes they cite.

During an email exchange recently, she raised the question “Why are they lying” about their statutory and/or administrative origins?

I sent her a reply with my hypothesis about why NIH and FDA lie about their origins and evolution.

Watt’s Reply

The “why they are lying” question is one that I’ve been mulling for a few months.

My hypothesis is that they have maintained a bunch of empty office buildings that serve only as mailing addresses (virtual mailboxes), without having any actual technical staff, laboratory equipment, or application and sample processing procedures.

They do that so that they can have fake forms for vaccine manufacturers to fill out. These included both the establishment license application, ELA, and product license application, PLA, from 1973 to the mid-1990s.

The ELA + PLA application process became, in the mid-1990s, the biologics license application, or BLA, by eliminating even the ostensible/fake requirement for establishment inspections and licensing, and by breaking up the “responsible head” at the factories, into multiple responsible people, so that no one would be responsible.

The factory employees, who are also just a handful of paper pushers with no scientific knowledge or responsibility, in a building whose equipment just makes immunotoxic junk and puts it in vials and slaps labels on it, filled out the application forms and mailed them to the FDA addresses (Bureau of Biologics in 1973, all its NIH predecessors and FDA successors, Centre for Biologics Evaluation and Research – CBER now).

The application forms arrived at that address where another one or two paper pushers put them in a filing cabinet and then shredded them a few years later.

Since the advent of electronic filing systems, the application and licensing forms have been filed, transferred and stored electronically, and deleted at regular intervals.

There are no technicians in the buildings, there’s no equipment and no sample testing occurs.

It’s all a front: statutes, regulations, procedures, application forms, buildings, addresses, offices, labs, approved applications and licenses sent by the FDA back to the factories, everything.

A handful of people at pharma companies know it.

A handful of people at the FDA know it.

And everyone else just assumes that a different, specialised department with specialised staff, equipment and procedures is handling it somewhere in the factory, and somewhere within the FDA.
