Q Team:

By them taking the dirt and grass off of it, and throwing it in the street is not only a threat but a clear and present danger. All it would take is a drive by with some high-powered fireworks and that is it, it could potentially blow up anywhere from one house to a quarter blow in a daisy chain fashion. Remember, they once broke into my home and twisted the gas line 180 degrees at the same time I was flipping circuit switches because I was getting electrical surges into the home a few years back.

>That's so your even dumber replacements don't fuck up what they didn't build.

>kind of excavation work

No excavation work was done there. I said yesterday, they replaced just a cap but painted the rusted cap yellow for a reason. I said I believe they did this, because when the house explodes, they can easily find the yellow cap and replace it with my previous one. Logical thinking, the service work was done in the street years ago and is about 15 feet from that point, I saw it they dug up the entire street and did such a poor job that one of the heavy equipment fell into where thy repaved.
