Once the FISA memo is released, I think that given the attention span of the american public and the negative spin that it's just repub talking points, that an effort needs to be made to create something that's easily understandable for the average person. Most of congress have been lawyers at some point, so the memo is just like reading a legal brief. The arcane legal terms need to be clarified and how the laws were broken need to explained. I'm hoping the creators of the memo knew who their ultimate target audience was to be and I shouldn't be worrying. It's just that I think 4 pages might be tldr for many.
