Had a bad dream couple years ago where it was Escape from New York vibes. The feeling was like fear but super sharp like I was being stabbed. Just everyone is out to fuck you over. I use that dream as motivation never to allow that to happen.

Not sure how it fixed. I was an insomniac for 10 years. I go outside a lot more in the morning and in general now though, the Sun sets the circadian rhythm. Maybe it's also because I'm too old to die young now.
