Or if the plan was for God to give his only son to absolve you of your bad behavior, doesn’t that also absolve (((them))) as that was the plan all along?

Apologies anon I did not mean “you” specifically - I meant “your” collectively
I actually agree with what your saying and disagree with the idea that the creator of ALL would require sacrifice at all is silly.
They used to “put their sins” in the purest animals for sacrifice. Ask a Christian if they think “scape goats” worked back then and they’ll tell you no and get pissed when they understand what you’re saying
If you have a choice of what to believe, and we all do despite the arrogance of the religions, wouldn’t you choose something with a less toxic premise?
Fundamentally I disagree with Christianity because its foundation is built on the idea you are imperfect and unworthy and need a savior.
The Creator of All would not create with such a silly human caveat. Sounds like something a King or Lord might say
The practice would have ended with personal accountability.
No big ole sacrifice required
My ability to contemplate the very question is of the mind of God.
My ability to create life in union with another is of the mind of God.
Fulfilled the scripture written by men
You know there are other religious texts right? And you just believe all those are wrong?
