Crackdown Coming? Outspoken Amazon Critic Joins Staff At FTC

Less than a month after the Supreme Court ruled that states had a right to collect sales taxes from Internet retails - a ruling that was interpreted as a shot across Amazon's bow - a prominent Amazon critic has joined the staff of the Federal Trade Commission, suggesting that the major anti-trust action that media pundits described as a "long shot" could very well happen. According to Bloomberg, the FTC has hired Lina Khan, the director of legal policy at Washington think tank Open Markets Institute, who will serve as a legal fellow for the next few months for FTC Commissioner Rohit Chopra as the agency prepares to "increase anti-trust scrutiny of technology firms."

Still digging on the 13 A.D. and found this. Notice the title of the first song, "Witch Hunty". Listened to a couple. Some dark stuff.

Deryn L. I don't usually recommend downloading an album to listen to it first since Bandcamp's streaming is, while shitty, usually good enough to get a feel for what you're potentially buying. However, the streaming doesn't really do the production justice, which has much more depth than you think.

Moving on to the actual review bit, this album is splendidly sinister. While a bit short (<30 Minutes), it's a focused, evil little poltergeist of an album.

Another gem in this recent wave of witch-hop. Favorite track: WitchHunty.
