Trial. By. Fire. It's built-in preparation for what one may find once here. TRUTH is at times harsh and there's nothing "nice" about the crimes of the sick people that we've uncovered. What we've discovered and cataloged here can make a grown man cry and/or sick to his stomach. If a person can't take a GTFO or a "you don't belong here", IMO, no way they can handle the whole truth.
Besides, how many people that are told to GTFO, actually GTFO? Those of us who were told so, stayed regardless. Those are the people that we need on the team, fire-proof, snowflakes will melt in the heat produced here.

The greatest weapon of the cabal: people's ignorance. Take POTUS as an example. No matter what bull is said about him, does that stop him from being great? No. Nothing said on the internet should stop an adult from being themselves and doing what they came here to do.
Do you not have friends? A little friendly banter never hurts until someone takes it personally. As IRL, so online. NOTHING on the internet should be taken personally, to start with. Such as your stereotypes. You mention " gaming, foul language, and porn" as though NOTHING else is happening here, so, where is YOUR discernment? Ignore what you don't like, is another great piece of advice.
Back to the fire, nothing worthwhile is easy to achieve. Plain and simple, this is not the social media platforms that the people are used to. When we go there, we adapt. When they come here, they need to adapt. This, sir, is a bastion of free speech. Which means that someone will eventually say something you don't like. Just like in real life. Deal with it. or don't. They can block on FB and twitter with no problem, shouldn't bee to hard adjusting to filtering for themselves here. AND/OR, as we advise time after time after time, lurk moar, learn the truth about this place, rather than falling for the stereotypes, as you seem to be doing a great job of.
One more thing, we don't need EVERY SINGLE PERSON, we need efficient people, who can work in the conditions as they present themselves. Just like any other job, quit if you don't like it, someone else will gladly fill the space. Not everyone has to be here to be a help.
