Yeah have to zoom in and look. Not all are glowing either. Interesting camera trick. Really becomes more obvious in low light. Imagine what Kavanaugh must look like at night, if that was a bright setting.
Wish I had some answers for you there. You probably know more than I do. I know personally that the effect happens (me) and not with others same/multiple cameras and lighting.
