I'm hoping this guy is an independent thinking constitutionalist and not a "conservative" who has been shaped by the politics. Maybe he is, and I haven't read this opinion which probably agrees with the Constitution, but big brother needs to stop. The problem is that when we give these intelligence agencies a public inch, they take a covert mile.
