The FBI raided four houses early Thursday, including one that is associated with Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao, according to media reports

According to ABC7 in San Francisco, a neighbor confirmed that the FBI was in the Lincoln Highlands neighborhood in the Oakland Hills. Another neighbor told the station that the FBI was on the property, the station reported.
