Correct. The constitution does not allow ANY infringement. I will never understand why people think a government court gets to decide government can do what the constitution expressly forbids government from doing. The Supreme Court is in bad behavior and has violated the US constitution.
Equal protection under the law. If you murder a white person, 10 years. If you murder a black person, 12 years.
