If anything the trend thru out history almost everywhere has been that increasing minimum wages decreases purchasing power..
yeah waiting for him to be declared and then starting some chaos is like, too late.. if that were going to happen, i'd expect it would happen sooner like.. idk.. like if maga goes too big to rig, then maybe sometime around the election, right before, during or right after, that's when internet goes down.. idk

I'm just sayin increasing the wage won't fix things.. If I could go do a minimum wage job and make half of what I'm making now, I would. It will take a little longer for the higher earners to catch up, but they'll all negotiate higher compensation to keep them where they are or go to an equivalent position somewhere else.. If their demands aren't met, they'll go do some fun and stress-free minimum wage job.
The costs of everything will go up, people will be replaced with systems and equipment etc..
Your own observations acknowledge that the number is meaningless without context.. you can't just make a rule that only tweaks the number, it will tweak all the context.
