If it’s a tip through a Venmo or cash app it’s logged as income.
If there aren’t taxes on Tips which is a service and not a good then I’m sure they will be able to collect
It without paying an incoming tax rate.
If you don’t claim a large income then loans are hard to get butttttttt you don’t need loans if you have cash.
