-Premiere Higgs Said Parents have the Right to know if Schools are Transition their Children

-The Schools Department of Education Sues

-The DEC takes $408K from the Education Fund to Sue it's Employer

-Basically they Stole a Half a Million Dollars from their Employer to sue their Employer

-Now the members of the DEC will be Fired for Theft
