The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman condemned Canada's decision to classify the IRGC as a terror organization, calling the decision hostile, irresponsible, and provocative.
Nasser Kanaani, the spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, strongly condemned the Canadian government for classifying the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization. Kanaani described the decision as a "hostile act that is contrary to the accepted norms and principles of international law, including the principle of sovereign equality and non-interference in the internal affairs of states, and a clear example of a violation of Iran's national sovereignty." Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce advocates for lowering working age to 13
https://tnc.news/2024/06/22/saskatchewan-working-age/
Young teens in Saskatchewan may soon be able to land their first legal job sooner.
The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce has proposed allowing 13-year-olds to work as part of its policy recommendations issued in a news release on June 13.
The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce released its policy platform for the 2024 provincial election, Fueling Momentum 2024. The platform is intended to provide Saskatchewan political parties with information on the priorities of businesses in the province.
“This is a pivotal time for the province. We are positioned to become a critically important partner in addressing global food insecurity and energy transition. Over the coming four years, the Saskatchewan government needs to continue to capitalize on the province’s vast potential to fuel growth and new investment,” said Prabha Ramaswamy, the CEO of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber told True North that the platform was developed through consultation with industry leaders and its members.
“Ultimately, the Chamber believes that the decision for a youth to enter the workforce resides with the youth and their family/guardian,” said the Chamber in an email. Continue…
Parliament passes “environmental racism” law limiting where factories, landfills are built
https://tnc.news/2024/06/22/parliament-passes-environmental-racism/
The far-left concept of “environmental racism” will soon become written into law in Canada and companies that open factories or establish landfills near “racialized communities” could be accused of racism.
A bill championed by the Green Party which labels environmental hazards near Indigenous or other marginalized communities as “environmental racism” received royal assent Thursday, passing the final step a bill takes before becoming law.
Bill C-226, “an act respecting the development of a national strategy to assess, prevent and address environmental racism and to advance environmental justice,” was first read in the House of Commons more than two years ago and will now become law.
Environmental racism is what policymakers believe happens when polluting industries operate in communities of predominately “racialized” or marginalized people. The argument follows that pollution disproportionally affects these groups.
“Today marks a historic victory in our journey towards environmental justice,” Green Party Leader Elizabeth May said. “The passage of Bill C-226 represents a commitment to addressing the long-standing and deeply entrenched issue of environmental racism in Canada.” Continue…

The prime minister called the agreement 'another significant step on the path to reconciliation' between the Crown and the Cape Breton First Nation.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met Indigenous leaders on National Indigenous Peoples Day today, where he announced a massive $125-million agreement with the We'koqma'q First Nation, settling an over-a-century-old land dispute.
The prime minister travelled to central Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, where he and members of the First Nation say a sale of the land in 1862 deprived them of the opportunity to economically benefit from the land.
Trudeau called the agreement “another significant step on the path to reconciliation” between the Crown and the Cape Breton First Nation.
Trudeau also commemorated all Indigenous peoples on National Indigenous Peoples Day, which has been celebrated since 1996. This holiday is not to be confused with the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation created by the Trudeau government, celebrated in September. Continue…
Trudeau's security adviser says concealing documents did not impede foreign interference inquiry

Cabinet said it provided roughly 46,000 documents to the Foreign Interference Commission. Nathalie Drouin, the prime minister’s national security adviser, told MPs they only shared the ‘most relevant’ intelligence to the inquiry.
Withholding classified intelligence did not impede the foreign interference commission, says a top national security official.
Nathalie Drouin, the prime minister’s national security adviser, told MPs Thursday that cabinet shared the “most relevant” intelligence to the inquiry.
Cabinet said it has provided roughly 46,000 documents to the Commission, and continues to investigate alleged foreign meddling by Chinese agents, reported Blacklock’s Reporter.
As of May 17, 9% of the 33,000 documents provided by the government contained one or more redactions. Other documents covered entirely by cabinet confidences have not been provided to the commission.
Privy Council staff said they redacted 10% of documents provided to the inquiry, with many more completely withheld. Continue…

Yes, the alternative people now go by this 15-letter initialism. Well, at least this is the language the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario wants you to embrace. For those keeping score at home, this lovin’ spoonful of Alphagetti stands for: Lesbian, Gay, Gender-queer, Bisexual, Demi-sexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Two-spirit, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, Asexual, Allies, Pansexual and Polyamorous. (As an aside, did you notice that one letter is conspicuously absent, namely “H” for “heterosexual”? You know, that silly sexual orientation that comprises about 98% of the people on this planet? But we digress…) Continue…

https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/jordan-peterson-calls-out-canadian-schools-for-pushing-pride-month-propaganda-says-it-has-to-stop/
The prominent psychologist warned that 'the K-12 system is almost entirely in the hands of the anti-liberal/anti-conservative radicals' in response to a Grade 3 lesson about drag queens.
Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson said LGBT indoctrination in Canadian schools “has to stop” after a concerned citizen posted a photo of Grade 3 students being taught all about “Drag” “Kings” and “Queens.”
“What’s up @fordnation” Peterson noted Monday on X.
“This has to stop,” he wrote, adding, “The K-12 system is almost entirely in the hands of the anti-liberal/anti-conservative radicals.”
“A very bad long-term strategy for traditionalists or even the merely sane.”
The photo of the Grade 3 class was posted by X user Chanel Pfahl on June 17 and is purported to be of a classroom in Tony Pontes Public School in Caledon, Ontario. The slide is titled “What is Pride Month.” Continue…
New Quebec curriculum will mandate second graders learn about gender identity and LGBT content
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/new-quebec-curriculum-will-mandate-second-graders-learn-about-gender-identity-and-lgbt-content/
'Culture and Citizenship,' which emphasizes gender identity and other LGBT+ content, in essence will indoctrinate kids on sexually charged areas and topics that many Catholic and Christian parents oppose.
Kids as young as six years old or those entering Grade 2 in Canada’s Quebec province will be exposed to extreme LGBT ideology in schools via a new mandatory curriculum addition teaching so-called “gender identity.”
The Ministry of Education’s new program is called “Culture and Citizenship,” which includes an emphasis on “gender identity” along with other LGBT+ content. It will become mandatory for the 2024-2025 school year.
The new program will replace the old “Ethics and Religious Culture” (ERC) curriculum and in essence will indoctrinate kids on a host of sexually charged areas and topics that many Catholic and Christian parents oppose. As a child progresses in school, the program will introduce more about “inclusion” and “gender identity” along with other topics.
The previous Ethics and Religious Culture was geared toward teaching students about the province’s cultural and religious heritage and about respect, with the new curriculum hyper-focused on woke diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agendas.
Many Canadians have been pushing back. Last weekend, Canadians gathered as “one nation under God” to protest the LGBT agenda in schools. Continue…
Tucker Carlson tells Alex Jones abortion is a demonic ‘offering to the spirit world’
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/tucker-carlson-tells-alex-jones-abortion-is-a-demonic-offering-to-the-spirit-world/
Condemning abortion in a conversation with Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson opined, 'There's something about killing other people ritually as an offering to the spirit world that is a constant through human history… the only logical answer is because some outside force was telling them that, right?'
Tucker Carlson believes abortion is a demonically driven “human sacrifice” that acts as an “offering to the spirit world.”
Carlson made his remarks in an explosive interview with InfoWars’ Alex Jones last week, during which he also noted that transgenderism is “a form of mass suicide” because “you prevent your children from having children. Therefore, you go extinct.”
Carlson grew up in the Anglican church, a community he said didn’t really mean what it was teaching. He told Jones he hadn’t thought about abortion that much because he “didn’t have … a coherent theology other than, you know, I’m a Christian.” He admitted that “watching what’s happening to the world” forced him to think more deeply about it. Senior Vancouver Police officer investigated for potential PRC data leaks

Investigators in British Columbia probing Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) breach
An officer from British Columbia’s Organized Crime Agency has investigated a senior Vancouver Police officer in relation to police data-base breaches and concerns that sensitive information could have been passed to Chinese officials, according to confidential sources and records examined by The Bureau.
Questions surrounding the Vancouver officer emerged in connection to a complaint to RCMP of suspected misuse of CPIC, according to a source with direct awareness. CPIC is the tightly-regulated Canadian police database the RCMP is responsible for stewarding.
The investigation emerged in B.C. political circles in January 2024, and has included questioning of Vancouver-area politicians, according to records and sources with awareness.
Questions include whether Vancouver police officers could have accessed CPIC to gather private information on Vancouver municipal politicians, and whether this data could have been shared with Chinese officials in connection to recent elections.
Other questions that have come up include whether the senior Vancouver officer in question could have abused their position of authority and relationships with Chinese Consular leaders. Continue…
