Actually C1A's formal statement never said they don't lie.
They suggested it only, and assume you will "fill in the dots" in your own mind to paint them as innocent and law-abiding.
Though they never claim that.
All they said was that they are "concerned'
about the laws which prohibit them from lying to or propagandizing against the USA domestic population
C1A / Intel / Tavistock etc. impose their will via language, 'spells'?
It's the force of will + language. (bullying)
