sentencing is not required. enough evidence has already come out to discredit the fbi charges against flynn, he as already sacraficed all thats neccasary. putting him in jail wont make things any different. also the judge is really fed up with this case. hes sick and tired of the meuller prosecutors delaying the senetenceing. its been almost a year. its not flynns lawyers holding things back. never has been.
