3. SR contacts WL/ meets and tranfers emails with WL contact.

4. WL starts publicly exposing emails/ exposes corrupt activities.

5. DNC in panic, desperate search for culprit of leaks

6. Discovers staffer SR behind the leak.

7. Order 187 on SR

8. DNC cover = blame Russia

Etc.

It's quite simple.
