the catholic church made a maaaaaajor mistake a couple of hundred years ago when they required priests to be celibate (personally i think they did it because they were HOMO even way back then), either way, the ONLY way that the catholic church could be "the True church" is if they say everything they've done since the schism was wrong "woopsie, we're part of the orthodoxy again"

i'm personally not sure either is following Christ, but IF there was supposed to be a continuing Church throughout history then that is the Orthodox church, NOT the catholic (as they were the first protestants)

which is what catholics at least claim, and it probably has basis in the bible, i haven't really checked and i don't claim to know if that view is correct or not

see i take that to mean that there is only one consciousness - God and we have all forgotten (and those who don't remember and regret all the times they followed satan (going against God) will not be allowed in heaven, where there is only one)
