In the French Revolution the wealthy class did not revolt. They fled.

Just as in American Rich and Wealthy Americans will not support a government change because they are benefiting from its corrupt laws and policies.

Over 50% of Americans make more than 50k. Over 25% make more than 100k annually.

Nothing will happen in a revolutionary form. Rather a slightly controlled adjustment may shift some money back to laborers so that industrial infrastructure becomes maintained to suit the Rich and Wealthy.
