There is already a limit on the number of threads that can be created per hour: 3. Works on normal thread generation but did not prevent this kind of attack.
If you take notes to 650, I will bake them.

Re baking - fine for bakers to have their own opinions about the board as long as they are able to follow baking guidelines.

Most guidelines are pretty specific, such as the reqt to offer up the bread after 2 bakes or to format the buns w/no spaces. They are based on customs observed by bakers going back to 2018 that were disrupted by OSS. The guideline asking bakers to try to include relevant memes in notables came from the board, not admins.
