The mention of a letter or not isn't all that interesting. What is more interesting is that a close witness disavowed anything Q has mentioned.
What should we do with that information? Chuck it up as disinformation is necessary or? If so, why was it necessary? There is no ongoing investigation of the SR murder. It's a cold case. So why lie about it, if this witness it correct and telling the truth.
