>The January 6th Committee was wrongfully constituted
It was brought out at a J6er trial (Michael Pope) that MPD sent multipleundercover unitsin MAGA gear (one unit had 28 members) onto the federal Capitol grounds on J6. Verification of this was introduced into evidence at Pope's trial. I thought Pelosi turned down outside law enforcement ahead of J6? Or was that only NG?
I've also heard, and cannot confirm, that the congressional Sargeant at Arms has to sign off on outside law enforcement assistance in advance? Does anyone know if this is true? Does anyone know how to research this contract to see if it exists?
Some J6ers are being charged with "assault on a federal officer- felony" for (potentially, and this is the legal question) MPD officers "working" outside their jurisdiction on Capitol grounds on J6, when supposedly no additional outside assistance should have been there prior. So was a contract negotiated and signed off on in advance of J6? If so, how do we access it? And why would they have said contract, but turn down NG assisting? And why were undercover MPD wearing MAGA gear?
Something not right about all this.
