To get TECHNICAL on the SCOTUS ruling today on the Missouri v Biden temporary injunction sought by the plaintiffs:

The plaintiffs in Missouri v Biden - the state AG's of Missouri and Louisiana - asked the SCOTUS to grant them a TEMPORARY INJUNCTION that forbid Big Tech companies [X, FB, Youtube, Instagram, etc] from censoring their users using cutout NGO's.

This temporary injunction would stop Big Tech & Big Gov't from continuing to coordinate behind the scenes as the case moves forward, is argued, and then the SCOTUS issues its ruling.

Which hasn't happened yet.

Got that?

Neither side has presented its case yet.

All that's been argued before SCOTUS thus far is the request from the plaintiffs for a temp injunction that would stop the defendants from continuing their censorious behavior while the case is moving through the courts.

Today, SCOTUS ruled that the plaintiffs DO NOT HAVE STANDING to request this temporary injunction, and have denied it.

So until the case itself is heard, and the SCOTUS issues its ruling - probably in the next term - Big Tech and Big Gov't can continue to use NGO's to target speech on social media.

However, I would point that many of these NGO's are already disbanding, such as Stanford Internet Observatory, because they know what's coming.

Looks like the SCOTUS added opinion (non-argument) days to their calendar (tomorrow and Friday).

Last week it showed today as the final opinion day of the session and nothing was on the calendar after that.

So…

Seems possible they will publish that leaked abortion opinion on Thursday and then the immunity opinion or action (I expect they'll be kicking it down to a lower court for a hearing on official acts) on Friday- which would be the day after the debate. Ofc it could be the other way around or not at all and they don’t say anything about immunity until the Fall.

Gotta wonder if the debate is influencing SCOTUS’s timing on when they act regarding the immunity issue.

And if the debate does influence the timing, then you’d assume future debates, the conventions, and election are also influencing the timing.

A few days ago, I wrote an exclusive article about Trans activist medical students at Colorado University who SUCCESSFULLY brigaded the state Medical Society Board vote that would have banned cosmetic mastectomies for “transgender” female minors in the state.

The doctor who wrote the policy to ban these surgeries being performed on little girls, Dr. Travis Morrel, was suspended without warning yesterday. (See image) He does not use foul language. He was not colorful with his words. He merely spoke up against the travesties of what is being done to children.

What is happening to this X? We will never have true, evidence based science spoken freely on this platform if the evidence-based doctors are silenced. We cannot have free speech if those who speak the truth are quietly silenced in the night.

If AI is what caused this mass suspension, this needs to be fixed immediately.

BREAKING: We've obtained the arrest affidavit for top LA DA Gascon official Diana Teran, who is facing 11 felony charges from the CA AG's office.

Per affidavit: Investigators say Teran improperly accessed over 1,600 protected peace officer files during a 9 month window while working at @LASDHQ

in 2018, then brought the data over to Gascon's DA office in 2021 when she began working there, and used the information to try to put cops on the LADA office's Brady list (list of law enforcement accused of misconduct. Being on a Brady list is very serious as it can taint prosecutions and overturn convictions).

Prosecutors say the California DOJ began the investigation in 2022 after LA DA Gascon's now Chief Deputy, Joseph Iniguez, allegedly threatened to put an Azusa PD officer on the LADA Brady list for arresting him during a traffic stop in December 2021. This investigation then led to Teran.

Prosecutors say LASD had audit software on their personnel database files that was only known to some internal employees. The software logged and tracked every inquiry made, and warns users that any unauthorized use is punishable by a felony. Through this audit software, prosecutors say they were able to see 14,687 inquiries that Teran made in the system, accessing over 1,600 peace officer files going all the way back to 1988.

She's now charged with 11 felonies in connection to her unauthorized access and use of 11 peace officers specifically.
