So, I posted about this a few days ago, but I'm seeing more stuff about seizing assets, so I wanted to post it again. I was digging on why the Clintons were flying commercially, looking for an arrest of someone potentially managing one of their companies. Then, after about 10 minutes, I decided to read the entire 21DEC2017 EO on asset seizure re: Human Trafficking.
I'm not a lawfag, but I'm pretty sure these two clauses pretty much make it so that they can freeze (US based) assets without an arrest. Even if the person is a foreign national. If the Sec State, Sec Treasury, and AG all "determine" that a person is in violation of the Order, then they can freeze their assets. So if the NSA "has everything" and these clauses exist…then we should be able to freeze all of (((their))) assets at any time. I'm sure there are considerations with the timing of everything as part of the plan, but it seems to me like it's pretty much open season. With SA having cleaned house on top of this, things must be getting pretty tight.
