According to Joe DiGenova on FoxNews, Kavanaugh ruled that the IC, esp. the NSA since its part of the military is not bound by our Bill of Rights. While Law Enforcement must respect our 4A, the IC are free to ignore our 4th Amendment. This is not just bad, it's unacceptable.
