I just thought of anohter scinario:
The dems use the 25th to remove.
but Biden doesn't drop out of the race . . . and thus he is still in it and
Harris is president.
Biden runs.
doesn't step down from the party nomination.
is there anything about the 25th that says a president removed can't run again?
is there anything saying in it that if he is removed that he must step down from the nomination?
I know, it's a far fetched scenario but these are incredible times.
