Tucker Carlson Gives His Opinion on Joe Biden’s “Dementia” Debate Performance=

June 29, 2024 | Sundance |

I doubt there’s a person who regularly reads the Treehouse who doesn’t know our long-standing prediction about the 2024 democrat nomination. Factually, if you go back to the first set of articles written after the 2020 election, you will find it has not changed in almost 4 years.

Biden was installed for a single ‘throw every leftist wish list item at the wall‘ term in office.Biden equaled, one single term where every far-left agenda item would be triggered;with hundreds of millions poured into the donors’ vaults via GND legislation.

With that baseline in mind, we accepted that Biden would not be the left-wing 2024 nominee regardless of how much people stomped their feet and said he would. That scenario was just never going to happen, and still won’t.I never flinched from that non-pretending position.

My own prediction was that someone akin to Gavin Newsom would be joined with someone akin to Susan Rice. I have written about it extensively. Every single person in/around my orbit knows that for me the conversation in the last 48 hours is like discussing water that lacks dryness.

These are the moments when I just sit and watch. There’s really not much for me to say or write, other than to wait, then bring everyone into the room of ramifications that comes after walking down the hallway where reality gets accepted. In the ramification room we start discussing how the multinationals, World Bank, World Trade Organization, NATO, EU, BRICS, Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin will respond to the non-pretending reality.

Right now, everyone in the USA is discussing the ‘remove Biden’ political landscape domestically. However, in thebigger picture there’s an entire world of really big issues that come along when the USA media start openly admitting the USA president has dementia.__There’s a reason why President Trump refused to engage this conversation before. It’s not good for the world___.

When you use a bullhorn to announce the zookeeper is sick, people near the big cats start discussing how to unlock the cages. Yes, sure, people like Barack Obama and his tribe will giggle and laugh, but in the biggest of big pictures this loud public conversation is not good for our country or the world. It is good that we all stop pretending; our Lord knows we have hoped the pretending would cease. But don’t forget to think… and watch out for what comes next.

Also, keep this in mind…..

When you think about who will replace Joe Biden, remember the baseline.

The problem democrats have is not that Biden has lost his marbles or is losing the election, the problem is thatBiden is losing by a scale that is too big for them to cover.

Democrats don’t need a candidate who can beat Donald Trump;they need a candidate who can give plausibility to ballot counting results that say Trump lost.

The issue for Biden is that he makes the fraud too easy to see. Democrats don’t need a candidate who can win votes, the Democrats need a candidate who makes fraudulent results seem plausible.

Think about it, because that’s the baseline.

Former Uvalde school district police chief charged with child endangerment after shooting that killed 21

A second officer was charged with 29 felony counts of abandoning or endangering a child during the response to the shooting at Robb Elementary.

June 27, 2024, 6:33

The former school district police chief in Uvalde, Texas, who oversaw the response to the 2022 elementary school shooting that killed 21 people, including 19 children, was arrested on a child endangerment charge, an official at the Uvalde jail said Thursday.

Pete Arredondo, 52, was taken in by law enforcement officers Thursday, charged with 10 counts of abandoning/endangering a child, according to an indictment filed in the 38th Judicial Court.

The charge was first reported by the San Antonio Express-News.

The Uvalde jail official confirmed Arredondo was being booked into the facility Thursday afternoon. His bail was set a $10,000 surety bond and nine $10,000 personal recognizance bonds. He posted bail and was later released the same day.

Arredondo did not immediately respond to requests for comment. It was unclear whether an attorney is representing him.

A second officer was also charged. Adrian Gonzales was booked and released from jail Friday, according to the Uvalde County Sheriff’s Office.

Gonzales, 51, is charged with 29 felony counts of abandoning or endangering a child, according to an indictment.

The indictment said Gonzales placed 29 children "in imminent danger" of injury or death on May 24, 2022.

Gonzales, who heard gunshots at Robb Elementary School, and=was advised of the general location of the shooter, failed to engage, distract, delay or impede the shooter until after the gunman entered rooms111 and 112 at the school and shot at children, the indictment said.

Gonzales alsofailed to follow his active-shooting training by not moving toward the gunfire, according to the indictment.

Gonzales’ attorney, Nico LaHood, based in San Antonio, said in a statement Friday he had just taken the case and would be working to obtain evidence the government was relying on in the accusations.

“Mr. Gonzales’ position is he did not violate school district policy or state law,” the statement said. “The application of this statute, to law enforcement, under these circumstances is unprecedented in the state of Texas. It will take time to evaluate these allegations and the underlying facts.”

Arredondo's indictment stated that in his role as the police chief of the school district and as incident commander during the shooting, he “intentionally, knowingly, recklessly and with criminal negligence” placed 10 children in “imminent danger of bodily injury, death, physical impairment and mental impairment.”

The indictment purported he heard shots fired in a classroom and “failed to identify the incident as an active shooter incident, failed to respond as trained to an active shooter incident, and instead called for SWAT thereby delaying the response by law enforcement officers.”

After he was advised that a child or children were injured, he instead directed law enforcement officers to evacuate the wing before confronting the shooter, failed to determine if the door to classroom 111 was locked, and failed to “timely provide keys and breaching tools to enter classrooms 111 and 112.” The adjoining classrooms 111 and 112 were the victims in the massacre were killed.

The indictment said he failed to follow the school district’s active shooter response policy, which included establishing a command center, and failed to develop an “immediate action plan” — which left law enforcement officers and Border Patrol agents without “clear information or direction” regarding the shooting, and “delay[ed] the response” by those officers to the active shooter.

Early this year, the Justice Department released a 600-page report that said poor coordination, training and execution of “active shooter” protocols led to a “failure” in the response of the Uvalde officers who rushed to the shooting at Robb Elementary.…

EXCLUSIVE:=Judge in Trump’s Manhattan Trials Reviews Risk Assessment by Anti-Trump Psychiatrist

Fred Lucas | June 28, 2024

FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL—Five mental health professionals, some of whom already accused Donald Trump of being “dangerous,” prepared a risk assessment for New York state Judge Juan Merchan to consider in his July 11 sentencing decision on Trump, according to forensic psychiatrist Dr. Bandy X. Lee, a longtime critic of the former president.

It isn’t clear whether all five are psychiatrists or may have other training. Their risk assessment could be a factor in the severity of Merchan’s sentence for Trump in Manhattan Criminal Court, which could be up to 20 years in prison for all 34 felony counts on which he was convicted last month.

Lee edited the book “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 37 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President,” first released in 2017. In May, she published a new book titled “The Psychology of Trump Contagion: An Existential Threat to American Democracy and All Humankind.”

Lee, who has taught at Yale, Columbia, and Harvard, also opposed recent calls from some Republican members of Congress to invoke the 25th Amendment for Biden, which would allow for his temporary removal by Vice President Kamala Harris and the Cabinet.

Such calls were renewed by Biden’s performance in Thursday night’s debate with Trump.

“The reason why so many people see problems with Joe Biden is that Donald Trump is projecting his mental symptoms on to Joe Biden so he can deny his own symptoms,” Lee told The Daily Signal, reflecting on the debate between the incumbent Democrat and his Republican opponent.

“There is a huge difference between being unfit and someone who does not present very well,” she said. “Joe Biden’s presentation makes people lose confidence in him. That’s not at all equal to danger or unfitness.”

Merchan presided over Trump’s criminal trial in Manhattan, where last month a jury convicted the 45th president on 34 felony counts in connection with his efforts to cover up an alleged sexual encounter with porn star Stormy Daniels.

Merchan next will preside over the former president’s July 11 sentencing.

Lee said the mental health professionals made recommendations to the judge concerning the danger Trump poses to the public, how likely he is to commit a crime, and what message the sentencing would send to future offenders.

The forensic psychiatrist said she would not make their recommendations public until after the sentencing, and declined to name the others who signed on. But she referred to public statements she and colleagues already have made in assessing Trump.

Lee said that she and other mental health professionals evaluated special counsel Robert Mueller’s 2019 report and determined Trump wasn’t fit to be president. Mueller investigated and was unable to confirm allegations of a conspiracy between Trump and Russia to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.

Lee argued that a mental fitness test doesn’t require an interview. A “functional” test does not require the cooperation of the subject, while a “diagnostic” test would, she said.

However, Lee said she and colleagues did no such functional test on Biden, because they didn’t believe the incumbent president posed a danger to the public, but believed Trump did.

“We only did it for Donald Trump because he poses a danger to the public,” Lee said. “Mental health professionals have a responsibility to society and are required to act.”

She and her colleagues also weren’t asked to evaluate Biden, Lee said. However, she noted: “Our group has recommended that Joe Biden volunteer to take a test and set a standard for future presidents.”

Some high-ranking military officers are required to take mental assessment tests, Lee noted.

During the debate, Trump noted that he had taken two cognitive tests, and that Biden hadn’t. Such a test only proves someone doesn’t belong in a nursing home, Lee said.

The forensic psychiatrist then criticized Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, who was White House physician for both Trump and Barack Obama before him.

“I have often criticized Dr. Ronny Jackson. He is neither trained nor qualified to conduct a mental fitness exam,” Lee said. “He was an employee of the White House and a subordinate of the commander-in-chief. He had a conflict of interest.” …
